For legitimate business reasons eg details such as a name or contact number may be included in a press release or other correspondence and sent to a third party (eg journalist) in order to conduct our business and client services.

In general, external sources/third parties used by Fusion to fulfil our working obligations and contract will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow new enquiries to be received by us (or you) for business use and allow them to perform the services they provide to us. These providers could include media, suppliers/associated companies (eg video production, commercial photographers), journalists and so forth.
We may share personal information with other organisations, eg suppliers, who use details for delivery purposes, to help us make better or more efficient business decisions. However, your data is never sold on to any other agencies or companies.
Unless you ask us to cease, we will inform you about company developments, new work-related opportunities and other news that Fusion feels relevant. Occasionally we may include information in these communications from partner companies, other clients and organisations/suppliers that support or are in contact with us. HOW WE KEEP DATA SAFE:
Your personal data will be held via our internal systems. Where possible we keep single record files however these may also be shared internally with colleagues who need to use it, relevance and necessity for delivering our contract with you. Data is held securely on individual computers as well as a server. Access to personal information is controlled and held in the UK only. As with all personal information, that of a sensitive nature is restricted to individuals that need to access it. We will delete information when no longer needed after a 12 months period has lapsed with no activity.
